Service Statement
Our service ensures consistent supply of quality products and prompt
deliveries of products to customers and compliance with the
requirements of NIS ISO 9001:2000 QMS standard in all its processes.
These are achieved series of activities among which are:
- Establishment of sequence of activities and defining the
level of interactions required between the core processes and the
supportive process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and profit
maximization objective of the company and other set departmental
objectives and outlined in Quality System procedures.
- establishment of suitable departmental/unit Quality
System procedures, Quality manual, Contract documentations and software
packages and equipment manuals describing methods of operations, agreed
performance criteria, Controls and applications needed to ensure the
effectiveness of each process within the QMS in meeting specific
customer requirements.
- identification of processes needed for the Quality
Management System in SNL. The identified processes include marketing,
purchasing, metrology, calibration, and training.
